P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm bychom m\u011bli omezit mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f. Nahrazujeme je tuky rostlinn\u00fdmi, nebo je rad\u011bji vynech\u00e1me \u00fapln\u011b a va\u0159\u00edme pouze na vod\u011b. PE\u010cEN\u00cd P\u00e9ct v troub\u011b m\u016f\u017eete potraviny bu\u010f s olejem, nebo na sucho, t\u0159eba zabalen\u00e9 v alobalu. P\u00e9ct se d\u00e1 nejen maso, ale tak\u00e9 zelenina a ovoce. V troub\u011b m\u016f\u017eete zvolit tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost grilov\u00e1n\u00ed.
